About Our Law Firm
Whether you face a legal matter regarding divorce or another family issue, you have been injured or you lost a loved one due to someone’s negligence, it is important to work with a law firm that has your best interests in mind.
That may seem obvious, but the truth is too many law firms serve their clients in a manner that serves the law firm best. This may include shuffling clients to legal assistants or junior attorneys, settling a dispute for less than the client deserves to close the case and neglecting to return clients’ messages promptly.
At Wagner, Crawford, Gambill & Jungers in Terre Haute, our clients are assured that we act in the manner that is best for them. We emphasize clear communication, explain every option to our clients thoroughly and respond to clients’ messages promptly, typically within 24 hours. The firm’s attorneys are longtime Wabash Valley residents who are active in numerous community organizations and efforts.
Attorney Larry Wagner has practiced law since 1974. He served as a public defender in Vigo County from 1980 through 1990, including two years as the county’s chief public defender. Since founding his own firm, Larry has recovered millions of dollars for injured parties. If your case is in a courtroom in Indiana, Larry is licensed to practice in it. He devotes most of his practice to representing injured parties in personal injury cases.
Attorney Christopher B. Gambill is a Terre Haute native who graduated from Indiana University’s School of Law in 1983 and began his law career that same year. He also served as a Vigo County public defender from 1984 to 1992. Chris has served as the town attorney for Clay City since 1984. He devotes most of his practice to personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
